Michael Saylor’s Strategy acquired 17,994 Bitcoin for $1.28 billion last week at an average price of $70,946 per BTC, using capital raised through equity and preferred share issuances. This brings Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings to 738,731 BTC, with an average cost basis of $75,862 per BTC. Meanwhile, BitMine expanded its Ethereum treasury to 4,534,563 ETH (worth about $9.14 billion), adding 60,976 ETH (~$123 million) last week; it also reports $1.2 billion in cash and $13.4 million in Bitcoin holdings. Nasdaq is partnering with Payward (Kraken’s parent) to launch tokenized equities via Kraken’s xStocks framework in 2027, aiming to modernize equity ownership on the blockchain and provide global access to tokenized shares.
