Mirae founder Park Hyeon-joo said the new brand will be a key part of the group’s “Mirae Asset 3.0” plan to combine digital assets with traditional finance. The company plans to expand into real-world asset tokenization, security token offerings, stablecoins, and traditional financial products. It also said it will emphasize anti-money laundering, customer verification, security, and fraud detection as South Korea updates its crypto and tokenized securities regulations. Mirae has completed a 97% stake acquisition, and Korbit said current services will remain unchanged.
