Trump Media Files to Launch Truth Social-Branded Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cronos ETFs
Trump Media’s Truth Social Funds filed to launch two new crypto-focused ETFs: the Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF, tracking the CRO token with native and liquid staking exposure; and the Bitcoin and Ether ETF, tracking a roughly 60-40 BTC-ETH split with staking rewards from Ether holdings. Both ETFs are developed with Crypto.com as custodian and staking services provider. The filings build on prior Trump Media ETF applications, including a solo Bitcoin ETF and a blue chip crypto ETF (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, CRO). The firm’s ETFs emphasize “America first” themes and cover sectors like real estate, defense, and major U.S. consumer firms. New ETFs will be advised by Yorkville America Equities. Trump Media shares closed at $10.98 on Friday, down about 39% over six months. Bloomberg analysts anticipate the crypto ETFs to launch in the coming months.
