Circle Q2 revenue falls short of Wall Street estimates
Summary
Circle reported Q2 FY2026 revenue and reserve income of $701 million, up 7% year over year, but slightly below Wall Street’s $713 million estimate. Net income from continuing operations was $48 million, up $530 million year over year. Reserve income was $668 million, up 5%, helped by a 25% rise in average USDC circulation. Shares rose 5.7% premarket despite remaining down 20% year to date. Circle also raised full-year guidance for other revenue to $310 million–$330 million, citing expected Arc token presale revenue. The results came amid a stablecoin market slowdown, even as USDC remains the second-largest stablecoin with about $72 billion in circulation.
