Crypto.com AI agent still in ‘stealth mode’ nearly 8 months after Super Bowl debut
Crypto.com’s personal AI agent platform remains unfinished months after its high-profile Super Bowl launch and website crash. The Ai.com site still shows a queue message, and Crypto.com says the product is still being built in stealth mode. The original pitch promised broad personal-agent functions, including trading stocks, sending messages, managing work across apps, and even improving itself over time. The delay leaves Crypto.com facing growing competition from exchanges already shipping narrower AI tools: Robinhood for automated trading, Kraken for financial insights, and Bitget’s GetAgent for crypto trading. Meanwhile, major AI firms have also expanded agent capabilities for everyday tasks. Crypto.com has still pushed ahead with other AI efforts, including an OpenClaw-based trading agent, workforce cuts tied to AI integration, and ISO certification for AI management systems.
