Bitcoin ETFs draw $6.3B in Q3 as BTC price rises nearly 43%

US spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in about $6.34 billion in net inflows in Q3, their strongest quarter of 2026, as Bitcoin rebounded sharply. September added $2.65 billion, though that was down from August and late-month flows weakened after a nine-day inflow streak ended with about $149 million in outflows. The quarter reversed roughly $5 billion in Q2 outflows, while Bitcoin rose 42.71%, its best quarterly gain since late 2024 and strongest third quarter since 2017. US spot Ether ETFs also turned positive, drawing about $3.05 billion in Q3 after Q2 outflows, alongside a roughly 71% Ether price gain. Among altcoin funds, XRP ETFs added $308 million in Q3, lifting cumulative inflows to $1.79 billion, while Solana and Zcash ETFs also saw September inflows.
