Forgd brings its crypto market-maker leaderboard to DefiLlama
DefiLlama has added Forgd’s market-maker leaderboard, giving users data on spreads, market depth, trading volume, uptime, pricing, reliability, and execution quality. The ranking system uses standardized metrics gathered from more than 500 token projects and 35 market-making firms using Forgd’s liquidity-monitoring tools. With the integration, DefiLlama users can compare market makers across exchanges and evaluate the liquidity behind specific tokens. DefiLlama’s research lead said the new data adds another signal for judging execution quality and market resilience alongside volume and liquidity. Forgd noted that lower rankings do not necessarily mean worse trading; they can also indicate that a firm has not fully opted into performance verification, so ratings may partly reflect how much data a market maker shares. Financial terms were not disclosed.
