Tron Inc. put over 90% of assets behind an uninsured JustLend dependency as its TRX treasury kept growing

Summary

Tron Inc. keeps adding TRX to its treasury and now holds more than 709.4 million TRX after buying another 148,944 TRX at an average price of $0.3357. About 95% of its assets are committed to TRX, and its June 30 filing showed $233.8 million in TRX and staked TRX against a $256.2 million balance sheet. Nearly all treasury TRX is staked through JustLend, leaving the company heavily exposed to both TRX price moves and JustLend’s smart-contract and redemption risks. The staking strategy produced $6.33 million in unrealized income in the first half of 2026, more than the company’s operating revenue of $2.75 million for the same period. However, risks include protocol exploits, a 14-day unstaking delay, network congestion, and possible changes to reward or fee terms. The treasury tokens are uninsured, and cash holdings remain small compared with digital assets.
