XRP and Dogecoin are among the top four most liquid cryptocurrencies, challenging the belief that market capitalization is the best metric for evaluating a cryptocurrency's price and liquidity. Kaiko's analysis considers liquidity as a more accurate representation of a cryptocurrency's true worth, taking into account factors such as market depth levels and trading costs. XRP, DOGE, Cardano, and Solana performed in line with their market capitalization rankings, while Litecoin outperformed its market cap rating to place fifth among the most liquid cryptocurrencies. Conversely, Uniswap, Avalanche, Shiba Inu, and Cosmos dropped in the liquidity rankings, with AVAX experiencing sharp liquidity losses despite its recent strong performance. Bitcoin Cash saw significant liquidity gains due to rising prices and increased trading volumes, while Ethereum Classic, Tron, and Stellar also rose in the rankings.
