Bitcoin tags $65K as S&P 500 rebounds from 2-week lows on US-Iran rhetoric
Bitcoin rose to about $65,000 after the U.S. market open as stocks rebounded, even with geopolitical tensions lingering. BTC continued to recover while the S&P 500 bounced from its recent low, and oil stayed relatively calm, with WTI down about 1% near $84. Meanwhile, U.S. bond markets showed stress: the 30-year Treasury yield climbed to 5.34%, its highest since January 2007, signaling inflation and borrowing concerns. Traders said Bitcoin’s rebound still faces a key test around $62,300, where a possible reverse head-and-shoulders pattern could complete. If that support holds, upside targets near $76,000 are possible; if it fails, downside risk could extend to $53,000. Bitcoin’s recent move also remains capped by resistance near the 50-month EMA around $65,827.
