Strive Buys $94.5 Million in Bitcoin, Pushing Holdings Past 27,000 BTC
Strive continued buying Bitcoin, acquiring 1,107 BTC for about $94.5 million from Sept. 21 to Sept. 25 at an average price of $85,396 per coin. That raised its total holdings to 27,462 BTC, valued at about $2.3 billion at Friday’s close. The pace slowed from the prior week’s 1,355-BTC purchase. The company funded most of the purchase with its SATA variable-rate perpetual preferred stock: 85% of capital raised came from SATA, plus $12.4 million from warrant exercises. SATA share count rose by about 1 million to 12.2 million, while Class A common shares increased by about 649,000. Strive’s cash balance also climbed by $19.2 million to $248.8 million. Strive remains the fifth-largest public Bitcoin holder and would need roughly 16,050 more BTC to catch Twenty One Capital by year-end.
